We currently ship in the United Kingdom as well as: The United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and most European Countries, please reach out to our support on the contact page if you have any questions regarding shipping if your country isn't stated above 😊
Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours to process it for delivery. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
Standard shipping time for the countries covered by our delivery partners is presented below. You can find them when choosing a delivery method before confirming your order, these are our delivery times once your items been shipped:
- United Kingdom : 5-10 working days
- Canada: 7-12 working days
- Australia: 7-12 working days
- United States: 7-12 working days
- Europe: 7 - 12 working days
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven't received a shipping confirmation email with your tracking info within 3 days then feel free to get in touch.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after arrival where if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
